Gary has been in front of an audience for almost his entire life. As a trumpet soloist he has played in front of thousands of people performing jazz and patriotic music. He has performed with the Dinner Theater group Mystery for Hire in its various incarnations off and on for the past twenty years. From college to community and dinner theater Gary has over three dozen musicals and plays under his belt.
More recently Gary has focused his acting on film. He was a Photo Double for the film Graveyard Shift, a Background Player for Empire Falls and had supporting roles in three independent films; Scooter McGruder, The Eighteenth Hour and How to Kill a Zombie. The first of these three films won Best Picture in the inaugural year of the Lewiston Auburn Film Festival (LAFF). Gary is also a writer with diverse interests. He writes screenplays for film and television. Most recently he set out to write a series of short fantasy stories he intends to self publish. His writing spans nearly all genres; Western, Sci-Fi, Mainstream - Detective, Action Adventure and Comedy. He is currently developing a sci-fi series he hopes will reach the SyFy channel in the next couple years. |
